Online Learning Student Complaint Process

Students are expected to follow the college’s existing internal grievance processes to seek resolution of complaints. Following this process, students may direct complaints to Charles Haberle, assistant vice president for academic affairs. Students who are unable to resolve complaints satisfactorily may direct their complaints to the following agency:
